Terms and Conditions for Pricing Structure By subscribing to and using our software, you (the “End-User”) agree to the following terms and conditions governing the pricing structure:

Base Software Pricing:

The starting price for the base software is $20 per month. This includes access to core features such as the CRM, calendar functionality, and pipeline management.Upgrades and Additional Features:

End-Users may upgrade their subscription to access additional features, including but not limited to:

SMS Marketing

Email Marketing

E-signature Functionality

Lead Importing

(Pricing for these additional features is separate from the base software cost and subject to change at any time without prior notification to the End-User.)

Price Changes:

The company reserves the right to modify the pricing for the base software, upgrades, or additional features at its sole discretion. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, the End-User acknowledges and accepts that:

Pricing changes may occur at any time without prior notification.

Continued use of the software after a pricing change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing structure.

Billing and Payment Obligations:

Payment for the software is due at the time of charge. If payment is not received, the End-User will be notified and provided a grace period of three (3) calendar days to pay the outstanding balance.

If payment is not made within the three-day period, access to the software, including all features, will be revoked until the balance is paid in full.

The End-User is solely responsible for ensuring that their payment method remains current and valid to avoid service interruptions.

This page ("Privacy Policy" or "Policy") provides our policies and procedures for collecting, using, and disclosing your information and outlines the security measures we’ve put in place to protect the information that you store using Dawn Star Mark, LLC.'s ("Dawn Star Mark") services, including the services made available through this website and any other software or services offered by Dawn Star Mark in connection with such services (the “Services”). When purchasing the Services, Dawn Star Mark also requires financial and billing information, such as billing name and address, credit card number, and the number of employees using the Services ("Billing Information").

Data, Diagnostic & Login Information:

Using the Services, you may create, upload, store, and share information such as company description, email ID, logo, photos, custom emails, and user email IDs ("Data"). If technical errors occur, crash reports and logging information may be collected with your permission.Analytics Information: As you navigate our website, Dawn Star Mark may collect Analytics Information, including website usage data, IP addresses, and cookies to improve functionality and user-friendliness.

Liability and Service Suspension: The company is not liable for any damages or losses incurred by the End-User as a result of revoked access due to non-payment. Service may only be reinstated upon receipt of full payment for all outstanding charges.

Termination:

The company reserves the right to terminate access to the software at its sole discretion in cases of repeated non-payment, misuse, or breach of these terms and conditions.

Agreement to Terms:

By subscribing to the software and/or accessing any of its features, the End-User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. This agreement extends to any future pricing changes or modifications to the services offered.
